The call
Tell us the building, the system if you know it, and what is happening. If water is coming in right now, we treat that as an emergency rather than a scheduling question.
The inspection
We get on the roof. We find where water is entering, check whether the insulation underneath is wet, and assess the deck and structure. Free, and no obligation attached.
The recommendation
Repair, coat, or replace, and the reasoning behind it. You get the assessment before you get a number, including when the finding is that the roof has reached the end of its service life.
The work
Scheduled around your operation. On coatings and restorations your building never opens to weather. On replacements we phase the work in sections.
After
Warranty paperwork, photo documentation, and an offer to put the roof on a maintenance schedule so the next problem gets caught early.
The inspection
What we're actually looking for
- Where water is entering, which is rarely where it appears inside
- Whether the insulation under the membrane is wet
- Condition of the deck and structural members
- Seams, flashing, curbs, and penetrations
- Drainage and any ponding that sits more than 48 hours
- Whether the surface can be cleaned and bonded to
Those six things decide whether the roof needs a repair, a coating, or a replacement.

While we work
Your building keeps running
On coatings and restorations nothing gets torn off, so there is no point where the interior is exposed. On replacements we phase the work and dry it in daily.
For manufacturers, distributors, and multifamily owners, that scheduling is usually the deciding factor.
Materials
Certified applicator
The systems we install carry manufacturer-backed warranties, and we are a certified applicator, which means the manufacturer has approved how we install them.
The warranty covers the installation, not just the material in the bucket.
FAQ
Process questions
Should I repair, coat, or replace?
It depends on what the inspection finds. If the deck and insulation are dry and the structure is sound, a coating or restoration typically costs considerably less than replacement and carries a manufacturer warranty. If the deck is compromised or the insulation is saturated across a large area, replacement is the appropriate specification.
How long does a commercial roof project take?
Coatings and restorations usually run days rather than weeks and your building stays open the whole time. A full replacement takes longer and involves tear-off. We give you a schedule before anything starts.
Will we have to shut down while you work?
On a coating or restoration, no. Crews work overhead and your operation runs normally underneath. On a tear-off and replacement there is more coordination involved, and we phase the work to keep as much of your building running as possible.
What warranties do you offer?
Manufacturer-backed warranties up to 25 years depending on the system. We are a certified applicator, which means the manufacturer has approved how we install, not just what we install.
