Caliber Commercial Roofing is owned and run by James Bontrager out of Middlebury, Indiana. We work on commercial, industrial, and multifamily buildings across Elkhart, LaGrange, St. Joseph, Kosciusko, and Noble counties.
We install single-ply membrane, coating and restoration systems, metal, and shingles. Carrying all four is deliberate. Commercial buildings vary enough that no single system is right for all of them, and having the full range available means the specification can be matched to the roof.
We are fully insured and a certified applicator, which means the manufacturer has approved how we install their systems and stands behind the work.

We get on the roof first
No quote goes out based on a look from the parking lot. We find where water is entering and check whether what is under the membrane is still dry.
The least invasive option that will hold
Repair before coating, and coating before replacement, whenever the condition of the roof supports it. The reasoning comes with the recommendation.
We work around your operation
Plants keep running, docks keep loading, and tenants stay in their apartments. That is a scheduling problem, and it is ours to solve.
